【摘要】：Inpast several years, China has made bold and innovative moves, such as AsianInfrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB), Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership(RCEP), development of a multitude of intercontinental transportation andeconomic infrastructures and so on to establish palpable linkage with the worldbeyond China in real-time and real-space. In this talk, I will discuss atlength the underlying challenge, namely “cultural communication,” facing China and what fundamental step China has initiated inthe past few years with gusto to mitigate it.

【讲座人简介】：冯达旋教授现任澳门大学全球事務總監兼校長特別助理。冯教授是世界著名的理论核物理学家，是具有东西方大学教学、科研管理和办学经验的高级专家。他曾任美国德克萨斯大学达拉斯分校负责科研的副董事长、台湾成功大学执行副董事长、台湾清华大学（新竹）高级副董事长，美国五百强企业SAIC副总裁。冯教授现在是13所中国大陆顶尖大学的客座或荣誉教授，以及中国大陆、马来西亚与印度尼西亚多所大学的董事或学术科技顾问。
