The Blue Moon can be second of two full moons of a calendar month.

Or a Blue Moon can be third of four full moons in a season.

The upcoming Blue Moon is the seasonal kind.

The next Blue Moon will fall on August 20-21, 2013.

So we celebrate our hunt on this occasion.

The hunt is from August 15th –September 15th

and will be Sim-Wide,

covering Shine Creations Main Shop and the Shops in the Shine Creations Shopping Mall.

✺ We have a phrase in English ‘Once in a Blue Moon’ which means very rare.

So our theme will be any rare item or bluish things…

even things related to rare events like wedding, birthdays , anniversaries, rare designs, blue items…

The sky is the limit…SO COME HUNT FOR YOURSELF TO SEE!

✺ This hunt is for both men and women!

✺ Hunt items are set to $1 Linden.

✺ Each participating shop will have the kiosk and hint information at it’s front door!

I had already started this whimsical “moon” theme skirt and hat!

Perfect timing, eh!

Nagida must have been reading my mind! 🙂

I will have the male and female hunt prizes in 2 different hunt items.

I carefully created these textures for crisp details and high resolution.

Just love the guy’s jacket style!  And the jeans fit perfectly!

I totally fell in love with this ladies ruffled skirt style and just had to create something

special for the flow and design!

I am quite inspired by the array of unique and different hats I see at different fairs and shops

and thought I would put something together to coordinate with

my Moonlit Mystique sets.
