I’ve taunted the idea to move back to Alaska the Mighty

since my Mother passed away this past year.

Although with Alaska’s unpredictability and never knowing

which way her winds shall blow, she greets your heart

with a bear hug that never fades away.

So my best friend there and I have decided to build a

2-story log home next to Parsons Lake

outside of Nikiski, Alaska!

I’ll be moving in the Spring!

(It’s hard to move in 12-feet of ice and snow!)

While the magnificent polar bear resides much further north,

there will not be an encounter with them until I corral my

new Nikon D7000 along with my telephoto equipment

(gotta stay my distance, ya know!)

and whirl my way to Prudhoe Bay in search of

the perfect  panorama of them.

I’m just as much of an adventurist in real as I am in SecondLife.

So, as a “GACHAHOLIC” who fell in love with the scenery at the

newest OMGacha, It’s Winter Event

I found myself digging through my inventory

to come up with something fragmentary to wear while posing

in front of these more tame sleeping polar bears!

I’ll be attending the 13-Step Gachaholic Meeting later this evening

if anyone would like to join me.

Maybe we can all pose together with all our

OMGACHA GOODIES we slung our Linden at!
