An ocean tragedy of a historical shipwreck where maritime aspects are documented,

sifted and told over and over on lips of sailors, survivors and story tellers attract

worldwide interest time and again.

The mysteries of these events remain a riddle unless one was there

as witness and outlived its storm.

Only by means of them do we get the full story, or do we?

No whale will tell the tale nor the sea hawks to shape the sequence.

Some float adrift the rubble, some swim til exhaustion, few wash up ashore and very

little row safely away.  Through the remarkable words of epic heroes do we receive

peculiar versions of mythical chronicles and bizarre living creatures.

But no matter what our ears receive, we in no uncertain measures love the

fantasy wonders we dream and feel

with stories of the roaring seas.

To find that floating rock where one should be not,

and stand in astonished bewilderment that you are the single who survived….

To divulge the account, be it fiction, fable or completely true; your testimony

will be heard by many and pulsate through the seafaring windows of legendary maritime.
