In the dim and distant past,
When life’s tempo wasn’t fast,
Grandmas used to rock and knit,
Crochet doillies and baby sit.

But Grandma you go to the gym,
Exercising to keep slim,
Or you’re off touring with the bunch,
Or joining all your friends at lunch.

Driving north to fish or hike,
Or riding miles on your bike,
I think perhaps you go too far
You’re off your rocker,

Our Dear Grandma.
