My last post focused on ND/MD’s Ani Skin where you can pick it up at the Risky Business Event. Today I selected her Lama tone because it has that porcelain sheen and beautifully wrapped around my full body and face. It’s gorgeous, don’t you think?
I was playing around with some décor and “stuff” when I happened to land in my little sad house (an older Irrie’s Dollhouse blog item from way back when) and had not even began to put together a full outfit or scene. I sat back and thought “Hmmm, I need to take a photo now and use it for a new blog post, I love this!” So here it is!
While trying on my new goodies from the Risky Business Event, this lovely pink panties, bra and pasties was perfect for my shot! She offers the sets in several colors with 4 HUDS; Brights, Lights, Dark & Prints. The pasties are my fav!
Love seems to be in the air, drifting in rose petals across Second Life and even on top of sports cars! This is a time one keeps on the run hopping from event to event, boutiques to sales to grab all the latest and greatest in Valentine’s loot!

I want to draw your attention to ND/MD’s “Ani” Head & Body Skin available in an assortment of realistic tones along with very useful instructions for those who quiver at layering your skins in the right order to make them work. Alea Lamont is the most detailed skin designers where she has been diving into the superb making of perfection for all of us to enjoy since 2007. She and I go way back to when I first came into SL and adorned her fantasy lioness skins. We hit it off as friends and I can always count on her to answer my questions and pop some blog packs my way.
Upon letting her know I was going to review her “Ani” Skin for Risky Business, she brought to my attention how important the details in her eyebrows are as well as how her Face Skin offers the perfect neck blend down to the shoulders. And, yes, it works perfectly. Make sure you read her informative “how to’s” because this is the your go to for all your skin needs.
I did not add any eyeshadow or blush; just a layer of lip gloss from Ladybird so to make my face pop and coordinate with the photo. I also noticed (in mentioning the realistic) how a slight hint of veins come through in sections that we see ourselves on our own real bodies. I’m impressed! She includes moles, freckles, pubic hair and much more in her FatPack. ND/MD offers an array of fantasy skins, children’s, dolls and naturals. Next, I’m adorning a fabulous lingerie set by Graffitiwear available at Risky Business. “Precious Valentine” lacey and racey set includes the top, skirt and stockings available in 15 colors. For those that follow my reviews, I don’t usually show off my private parts, yet this top covers my nipples nicely without it shouting out too much at all!

SHOP & HOP VALENTINES 2023 EVENT

I always follow the list posted in Second Life’s Community News that offers links directly to each Designer’s shop at Shop & Hop, then I pan around to see what’s next door. This time I was in for a huge surprise; grabbing the gift box at SA-Items booth, noticing this adorable heart adorned and valentine balloon decorated sports car as I whisked by. Something told me to run back home and open it NOW! So I did! And out pops this adorable car I saw on display! Naturally I took a quick screenie and sent the pic to my best friend, Una, so she could run grab the freebie for herself. She and I seem to have been collecting cars in SL since I can’t remember when!
The next sweet find I picked up at Shop & Hop was Multifarious’s Purrrr-fect Gentleman Cat in another Yeah!-Freebie-Gift Box! He has several of these fur babies available at his booth, too!
Thank goodness for Second Life Shop & Hop Flickr! As I was scrolling through the blog photos and advertisements I saw the perfect pose set for my shot today by Sassy Sweet Poses. On the fly once again, I picked up her FREEBIE and purchased “XoXo” which also includes huge heart decor as props.
I’m not finished with the gigantic thirsty list for Shop & Hop, but you can bet I’ll complete my shopping spree soon.
There is an order at midnight that exposes phantasm and chaos.
Under the spell of dusk and murk, she awaits the entrancing moment when the stars appear while luring beasts loom in the darkness.

While it’s been some time that I have been able to create scenes and review some wondrous items, I’ve had my own personal bout with the chaos of midnight order. So, I apologize for a bit of delay to do so. On a personal note, my son and I have exhausted ourselves with a huge move that left me with a broken back. Now that the pain is much better, I’m back.
I hit all the major events during this time of healing and enjoyed all the expensive shopping sprees I flew to! My inventory grew and grew! This gave me a chance to feel like an excited newbie grabbing so much to play with and for future blogs!
The most recent/ongoing event totally attracted me since my first love in Second Life is fantasy, roleplay and mysterious delights!
This review covers The Midnight Order Event along with blogger items I received during my time of resting and Fantasy Faire 2022.
I saw Sweet Kajira’s gorgeous Sibil Gown with her Shoulder add-on while scrolling through FLICKR about the same time I received an inworld notecard detailing the event. Half-naked and no hair, I flew off to the event anyway and grabbed several things along with tons of FREE GIFTS offered by most of the Designers there. (Can’t wait to rez and sort those!).
The Sibil Gown is available in many colors, where you can also mix and match. The Maitreya fits perfect and I love how the golden breast plates allows you to add golden accessories and wings to complete my look! She does have a wonderful crown available, as well, but I had already selected booN’s TBR725 Hair and wanted to add a towering look to my set for the photo.
Bliensen + MaiTai’ Dai Crown/Headdress was in a Fantasy Faire 2022 blog pack and I remembered how it was forged in a feather style, so it was a perfect addition to my wardrobe today! Her landmark for the shop is below!
I am loving how perfect Moccino’s Giwa Porcelain Skin is; especially how the neck blends without any lines or separated colors. There is a NeckBlend in the set, but I didn’t have to use it! You know how exciting this is to all of us! I added their ear skin to my elf ears and tipped them off with VENGE’s Ear Blushing Set; which comes with a huge Color HUD to select from!

Let’s get this underway since our last testing on dragons exploded in bits and pieces! Our genius Head Engineer has awoken from his nap and finished cleaning up his spilt hot tea. We began our new apparatus construction weeks ago while whittling away at a pyramidal chunk of wood and had a bright idea with the green slime left over from Doctor Strange Structable’s last metal soup.
If you are in the audience viewing from afar, sit back and hold on tight!
What did I hear? Wait… A birthday celebration?
Can it wait? Noooooo, they scream.
Birthdays only come once a year and this science fiction 21st-century industrial steam-powered collaboration is taking place right now!

It’s that time of year! Woohoo vacation time is upon us!
Just as Trinity and I got our bags to the quirky bellhop, we stripped off our mini dresses, flung the drinks into our sweaty palms and made our way to the lush tropical pool! Unpacking and our room can wait…the sun is almost down and we’re a little tipsy from the airplane cocktails!
We desperately need a tan but looks like Trinity was a little ahead of me in that suntan booth! Now gotta scramble for that sunscreen, pool towels and I’m about to hop onto that Orca Float and cool off in it’s mists!

The Womenstuff Hunt is currently running this month and I am just floored at the awesome free gifts the Designers put together. Every item is top quality and a sure bet to land in your inventory!
Jenny Steele, of La Feminique, a dear friend of mine and ex-blogger for me, created this skimpy-do “Pam Tropical Bikini” that caught my eye right off the bat. It fits so well I didn’t have to hide any part of my Maitreya Lara body. Noyaux & ChSkins created colorful palettes of makeup that both worked perfectly with my scene and swimwear! And Elemental put together a wonderful set of summer/tropical earrings that comes with a color HUD. Now let’s say wow to those nails! StunnerOriginals’ hunt gift includes a full pack of 3-styles of Mesh Nails in the longgggggger versions. I typically don’t wear my nails this long, but once I added them along with the coconut drink, they hooked me! As a Blogger, it’s sometimes hard to really see those nails. And her colors for these babes are summer bright with a magical HUD to select different nails for different colors!
I am happy to announce that after some time away in SL due to some health issues kicking me in the bottom, I am back in full swing here in SL since I am no longer working in real. I have hired the precious and fellow-Texas gal, Trinity Rambler, as my new Blog Manager & Store Manager. I am super impressed at her organization with the spreadsheets and full know-how of what a Designer needs to promote their work.

Lisandre never hints a guilty conscience once you are in her dungeon. She travels Necturn far and wide to round up pods of Worldlings before they turn the moon from her clutches. She would lose all powers over the land and fizzle into golden dust for the meek to burn in their kindles. The fires of Styx upon which she rides, will melt your heart at a glimpse of the eye.
Lisandre’s Death Wish
Better to hide and escape this death wish.
But there is hope for this relay! Peace roams the mystical paths of Necturn with her spangles of green. The giant warrior can crumble Lisandre’s black heart if one crumble glides beneath her nose. There’s an ever-turning venture each night with these two. One for the good, the other for death.
Immortal Peace
Baliana harbors herself and other Worldings in the shadows while anticipating another fruitful rescue. Grandiose blooms and vast leaves conceal their retreat each night. Fireflies sing in the winds causing shifts in the forest sighs. One can become tranced and transformed with the love this magical place can truly be. Life is good every day, until the sun fades. The pursuit begins.
Necturn Moon at Fantasy Faire 2022 ~ Eternal Garden of Peace
In the distance and beyond the mountains they hear the war between Peace and Lisandre’s battle. Shattering crystals fly high and land deep into the meadows. A joyous smile chisels their faces once more. Peace abounds and brings bliss to their hearts. Lisandre and Styx fade away into the depths of arcane madness once more.
The hunt is finally over.
Just before the misty horizon glows yet again, Baliana ushers the others to the memorial enchanted fantasy stone. Each lights another candle and dreams their light will never fade.

The war on cancer is quite similar to my story. It brings fire to the hearts of wonderful people who have no reason or rhyme as to why it has come. It only wants to bring death, despair and fear. It may leave, but it may also return. We are all touched by this sadness. It has become one of the most important subjects of fund raisers in Second Life; whereby Fantasy Faire will accomplish raising an enormous amount of monies for Relay For Life.
And this is where “you” come in…
Spend a few days visiting each of the Fairelands and be prepared to shop. What do you get? The item you purchase and will enjoy forever will be well worth the spend for you and for RFL; each RFL vendor will send 100% of the Lindens to the American Cancer Society for future studies and more.
Did you know? In 2021 Fantasy Faire ranked a whopping 19th out of 40,000 Relay For Life Teams “worldwide” (real world) in the term of money-raised. And, Relay For Life Second Life was the “4th” highest RFL fundraising community event worldwide! You can be a reason for this success again in 2022.

I am proud, once again, to be one of the Official Bloggers for Fantasy Faire! Most of you know that I am also the sole Designer for BamPu Legacies and I also have a Faireland Shop this year with many RFL vendors. I get thrilled rezzing out all the wonderful blog packs and it’s always such a decision on where to begin because I would love to review them all.
Today I selected a sweetheart of a gown full of real mesh butterflies floating from the skirt section. Ashbourne & Burleigh added a hint of florals on the skirt which blended quite well as the full ensemble comes together! To coordinate with the set, I placed Petrichor’s “Kaira Cameo Choker & Earrings” on and a smile came upon my pixel face when the HUD offered lots of colors to select from!
I usually add a fur baby somehow to my review photos and decided on the Animesh Barn Own by CKit Falconry! I played and played with this cutey! You can click him and the menu is endless with poses, hoots and precious styling. You have got to go grab him yourself! He actually sits on your shoulder, but for the pose I wanted to have a look of him landing on my hand and copied a 2nd one for this.
I have always loved Solas Enchantment to pieces, Designer & Creator of Blue Moon Enterprises (BMe). She usually sweetens your inventory with lush adorned gowns for Fantasy Faire, but she sent us her new Mechanical Copper Wings to review. I LOVE WINGS! So of course, I added these as well. Good job, dear Solas! (They come in Gold and Copper….and they flap perfectly!)
As for my hair, I did wear 2 pieces and took it to photoshop for my final photo and blended in the sections to flow as if it were one piece!
I created some exclusive items for the current event “Ostara’s Alter” and picked up some wonderful fae fantasy skins from Arcana. She offers a large selection of styles and colors. I wanted to wear this before I dig into the amazing fantasy skins at Fantasy Faire 2022….so please come back tomorrow for a new story and review!
